Vendors
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Princeton KidLit 2010, September 25, 2010. To be a vendor at our event, you must comply with the following rules:
- All merchants must include the required fee with their registration forms (you can find the appropriate fee on the form for your group or business). Checks can be made payable to KidLit Foundation and mailed to P.O. Box 282, Princeton, IL 61356.
- Space will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. We are limiting duplication of merchandise. In the event we already have enough vendors selling your type of merchandise, your payment will be returned to you.
- No live animals may be sold and no merchandise made from animal fur may be sold.
- No manufactured merchandise may be sold (i.e. Avon, Pampered Chef).
- This event will occur rain or shine. You are responsible for a tent or canopy in the event of rain.
- If your space size exceeds10 x 10, you may sign up for more than one space (for instance, if you have a trailer that is 30 feet long, you must pay for 3 spaces).
- You are responsible for bringing your own electrical cords, chairs, tables, etc.
- Forms are due no later than Monday, September 6, 2010. You will be notified of your space assignment no later than September 17, 2010.
- If you are unable to attend the event for some reason, your fee will not be refunded.
- You are responsible for the collection of the proper sales tax and the reporting of said tax to the Illinois Department of Revenue. If you have questions about this, you may contact the Illinois Department of Revenue at Rev.SpecialEvents@illinois.gov or call 847-294-4475.
